Overview

From Central Kentucky, Michael Howard has represented hundreds of clients in litigation cases all throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky on both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s sides.  After graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law, Michael initially served as a judicial staff attorney for Hon. James D. Ishmael, Jr. in the 3rd Division of Fayette Circuit Court.  He then served as an Assistant County Attorney where he tried over 20 cases in front of juries in both district and circuit courts across Central Kentucky.  Upon transiting to civil practice, Michael gained experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants during his time at Landrum & Shouse, PLLC, and Morgan & Morgan, PLLC.  He has experience working on many types of cases, including nursing home negligence, negligent security, wrongful death, trucking accidents, car accidents, slip and falls, and other civil litigation.
